I am a middle-aged woman who is outside in the sunshine on a summers day wearing a sleeveless black shirt with green foliage in the background.

I’m Josie,

Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Hobart, Tasmania

Going through something big?

Is there someone who really understands you and has your back?

Being heard, held and understood helps and calm our nervous system and build our sense of self. From a strong sense of self, we are more empowered: from a clear-headed place we can make better choices.

Change comes in many forms—moving countries, questioning who you are, ending a relationship, navigating menopause, facing illness, or grieving someone you love However it arrives, change can unsettle us. Sometimes it’s chosen. Sometimes it isn’t. I work with people in transition – offering thoughtful, tailored support to help you make sense of what is happening and shape what comes next.
